Dr. Mathew Tharakan is a highly experienced Maxillofacial Surgeon and Orthodontist with over 25 years of specialized practice, including more than 20 years in the Middle East. He holds a double MDS in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Orthodontics , as well as multiple advanced degrees and fellowships which include prestigious degrees from Edinburgh , Glasgow and England. Currently, he serves as a Locum Maxillofacial Surgeon at Sheikh Khalifa Hospital in Umm Al Quwain and Sheikh Khalifa Medical City in Ajman. Additionally, he is a Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at KUHS in Kerala, where he also trains postgraduate students. Since 2018, he has been practicing as a Maxillofacial Surgeon and Orthodontist in Fujairah.
